Project Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, I worked on designing the end-to-end experience for Axis Edge Rewards, a customer loyalty platform focused on reward point redemption across web and mobile applications. The platform enabled users to track, manage, and redeem reward points earned through banking and credit card usage for real-world products and offers. The experience was designed with an ecommerce-first approach, ensuring smooth browsing, product discovery, redemption flows, and responsive usability across devices.
